It was previously known as Ucansi Inc. and changed its name to GlassesOff Inc. in July 2013. It was established in 2004 and is based in New York, New York with a research and development facility in Israel.

Solar3D, Inc. (OTC:SLTD) focuses on the acquisition, development, and commercialization of proprietary technology to enhance the efficiency and energy production of solar photovoltaic cells. It has applied for a patent covering three-dimensional version of solar cell technology that is designed to maximize the conversion of sunlight into electricity. The company was formerly known as Machinetalker, Inc. and changed its name to Solar3D, Inc. in July 2010. Solar3D, Inc. was founded in 2002 and is based in Goleta, California.

On November 26th, 2013 SLTD released its financial report for the third quarter ending Sep 30, 2013. According to the financial report, company’s operating loss was calculated $219,000 for this quarter. The company’s net loss amounts up to $1,498,000 and the condition is worse as compared with previous quarter. It spent $194,000 on selling general and administrative expenses.
