Securities Attorney to Pursue Civil Action for Misappropriation of Name

The Law Office of Diane D. Dalmy to pursue perpetrator for Misappropriation of name

Denver, CO, February 10, 2014 /FSC/ – The Law of Office Diane D. Dalmy,The Law Office of Diane D. Dalmy, a securities attorney, announced today that Ms. Dalmy intends to file and pursue civil action against the individual who has been identified by the Securities and Exchange Commission with filing misleading S-1 registration statements for twenty mining companies against which the Securities and Exchange Commission subsequently filed administrative stop order proceedings. Upon identification of the mining companies, Ms. Dalmy stated that she had no knowledge of the use of her name or identify associated with the filing of the registration statements and opinions related thereto.

On February 3, 2014, the Securities and Exchange Commission identified all of the companies and announced administrative proceedings against the companies and individual involved in creating all of the registration statements.

Ms. Dalmy stated, “I have been very concerned with my name being associated with these mining companies of which I had no general knowledge of the use of my name or opinion until contacted by the Securities and Exchange Commission during 2013. My office was not engaged by any of the associated officers or directors of the mining companies. I do not know any of the executive officers or directors of the mining companies and have no knowledge of any of the facts regarding the registration statements filed. The Law Office of Diane D. Dalmy did not file or authorize the use of its name or opinions with any of these companies or individuals.”

The Law Office of Diane D. Dalmy was not involved in any of the administrative proceedings filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the twenty companies. However, Ms. Dalmy intends to seek relief against the individual involved and has spoken to legal counsel in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada to pursue the matter amongst the Canadian courts and The Law Society of British Columbia.
