QSolar Announces Resignation of Director

Calgary, Alberta CANADA, February 13, 2014 /FSC/ – QSolar Limited (QSL – CSE),(“QSolar” or the “Corporation”) announces the resignation of Mr. Gregory Nepse, a resident of Puyricard, France, from the board of directors effective immediately.

It is the Corporations current intention to fill this vacated board position with an independent board member in conjunction with a proposed slate of board members at the next annual general meeting.
