Vector Resources Inc. Announces Settlement of Creditors’ Fees with Part Cash and Part Issuance of Shares

Toronto, Ontario CANADA, February 20, 2014 /FSC/ – Vector Resources Inc. (VCR.P – TSX Venture), (“Vector” or the “Corporation”), is pleased to announce that it has agreed with its creditors to settle a total of $169,783.04 in debt by issuing 611,219 common shares at a deemed value of $0.25 per common share for a total of $152,804.75 and $16,978.30 in cash.

This debt settlement is subject to the approval of the Exchange, which the Corporation is currently pursuing.

About the Corporation

The Corporation is a capital pool company. Since its incorporation, other than its initial public offering under the CPC Policy in November 2011 and the transactions in relation thereto, the Corporation has not commenced commercial operations and currently has no assets other than cash and promissory notes receivable, and liabilities.

The capital structure of Vector is currently comprised of 3,125,000 issued and outstanding common shares and 312,500 incentive stock options with an exercise price of $0.20 and an expiry date of November 10, 2021.
