RUM Repays $809,140 Convertible Debenture
Edmonton, Alberta CANADA, March 17, 2014 /FSC/ – Rocky Mountain Liquor Inc.(TSX-V: RUM) (the “Company” or “Rocky Mountain”), listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”), today announced it repaid the convertible debenture one business day before maturity on March 14, 2014 with cash. The 5 year unsecured subordinate note was issued March 16, 2009 for $809,140 with an interest rate of 8.5%, and matured March 16, 2014.
