Barkerville Closes Second Tranche Of Private Placementadmin
Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / March 31, 2014 / Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. (“Barkerville” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has now closed the second tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement pursuant to which it has issued 3,053,000 shares (each a “Share”) of the Company, at a subscription price of $0.50 per Share, for gross proceeds to the Company of $1,526,500 (the “Private Placement”). The Company previously announced the closing of the first tranche of the Private Placement on March 20, 2014 of 8,830,000 Shares of the Company, for gross proceeds of $4,415,000. Together, the gross proceeds of these two tranches of the Private Placement comes to $5,941,500.
Finders’ fees of an aggregate of $1,250 in cash have now been paid in conjunction with the second closing of the Private Placement.
All Shares issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a hold period expiring on July 29, 2014, in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities laws.
The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used by the Company for general corporate and working capital purposes.

About Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd.
