AISA Realty (dba AISA Real Estate Services) is a full-service boutique real estate brokerage based in Vancouver, British Columbia that focuses on the sale and rental property management of luxury properties. Established in 2011 with a commitment to deliver the highest level of service and standards, AISA serves the real estate markets of downtown Vancouver, Vancouver West, Vancouver East, the North Shore, and Richmond.

AISA Real Estate Services provides comprehensive rental property management in the Living Shangri-La Vancouver, Three Harbour Green, the Private Residences at Hotel Georgia, Jameson House, and the Trump International Hotel & Tower® Vancouver Residences. Besides offering rental property management services, AISA serves its developer clientele in the sales and marketing of real estate projects by providing the most relevant comparable market research and data. AISA values working side-by- side with its clientele’s in-house marketing systems to achieve targeted goals for clientele’s projects.

AISA Real Estate Services was hand-selected in January 2015 by the developer of the Trump International Hotel & Tower® Vancouver to lead the sales and marketing of the Trump Vancouver Residences. In assuming the responsibility for the sales and marketing of the project, AISA was fully committed to working with the developer in a streamlined approach to achieve the project’s target price point. Within eight months after being selected, AISA sold over $160 million of the Trump Vancouver Residences and set a record average for a project of this size in Canada when it sold 65 Trump Vancouver Residences at an average price per square foot of $2,306.
