Andrew Rasheed is the Director of Human Resources and Operations at Manning Elliott, an accounting and business services firm based in Vancouver.
As Director, Andrew has led innovative approaches to developing and implementing the programs and policies that attract and retain industry-leading talent to Manning Elliott. He is
especially proud of the fact that Manning Elliott has been recognized as one of Canada’s top small and medium employers.
During his time at the firm, Andrew has helped create a corporate culture that emphasizes flexibility in ensuring that employees’ work-life balances with their home and family commitments. His approach to work arrangements and tailored benefits packages, in addition to his philosophy regarding work-life fit, have helped Manning Elliott recruit and retain outstanding employees.
Andrew has also helped define professional development and training programs and led other initiatives centered around strengthening Manning Elliott’s culture and position in the community. He is dedicated to ensuring an excellent work environment for both employer and employee.
