Winrock Resources grants stock options

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, February 22, 2014 /FSC/ – Winrock Resources Inc. (WR – CSE)

Options to acquire 750,000 common shares of Winrock Resources Inc. (CSE: WR) have been granted to employees, officers, directors and consultants of the Company. The options have a term of eighteen months and are exercisable at $0.16 per common share. The options will be subject to a four-month hold period.

Winrock holds a 100% interest in Newnote Networks Inc., a software and service company specializing in the development and acquisition of products and services specific to Bitcoin and other related crypto-currencies.
