Toronto, Ontario (FSCwire) – EQ Inc. (TSXV: EQ) (the “Corporation” or “EQ Works”), a North American leader in location behaviour data and intelligence, is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of 1,535,000 common shares in the capital of the Corporation (the”Shares”) at a price of $0.60 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $921,000.

Pursuant to applicable securities laws, the Shares are subject to a hold period for four months and one day, expiring November 1, 2018.

The Corporation intends to use the proceeds from the Private Placement for general working capital purposes.

The Private Placement remains subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSX-V”).
